To properly test and complete certain repairs, we may need access to your device functionally:

You may remove such codes or be present to unlock the device for testing.

Any completion time we provide is an estimate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to parts availability, additional issues found, or unforeseen circumstances.
We will notify you when your device is ready for pickup. You agree to:
Pick up your device promptly after notification; and
Pay all outstanding balances at or before pickup.
If you fail to pick up your device or otherwise respond to us for an extended period (for example, 60–90 days after notification, depending on applicable law):
We may treat the device as abandoned.
We may dispose of, recycle, or sell the device to recover service costs, after making reasonable efforts to contact you.
You waive any claims against us arising from our handling of abandoned devices consistent with applicable law.
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time without notice, but we will honor the price quoted or agreed upon at the time your order is confirmed, subject to any necessary revisions after diagnosis.
Taxes and fees may apply and will be added where required by law.
Payment is typically due in full when Services are completed and before device pickup or order shipment.
